Ingredients
- •1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- •4 burger buns
- •4 slices of cheese
- •1 large tomato, sliced
- •1 onion, sliced

- •Butter for toasting buns
Instructions
- 1Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- 2Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.
