Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • TRANDOZ Tomato Ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for toasting buns

Instructions

  1. 1Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  2. 2Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  5. 5Add cheese slices on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
  6. 6Toast the burger buns with butter until golden brown.
  7. 7Assemble the burgers: bottom bun, lettuce, patty with cheese, tomato, onion, and a generous amount of TRANDOZ Tomato Ketchup.
  8. 8Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
